Trerè has been, over the last fifteen years, a solid member of an elite group of producers who have created a new image and respect for the Romagna wines.
Located in Faenza, where several other charter members of the elite dedicate themselves to their grapes and produce their wines, a clear indication that the soil, climate, and other quality factors are all present on the ground, the house was founded in the 1960’s by Valeriano Trerè.
In its initial years it was a classic example of an operation in that zone at that time: a generous production from sparsely planted vineyards and pleasant, easy-drinking wines at reasonable prices.
Trerè’s daughter Morena and her son Massimiliano Fabbri have given new impulse to the house and have entirely changed the style and direction of the wines. Starting with the viticulture and planting new vineyards with a much higher density and considerably lower yields per vine.
The arrival of ace consulting winemaker Attilio Pagli, already with a notable experience with the Sangiovese di Romagna, changed procedures in the cellar as well, and Emiliano Falsini, who trained with Pagli himself, has now assumed his role.

Trerè Accommodation

The Trerè farm holiday accommodation, formerly part of the farm, has been recently restored to create several modern flats and bedrooms, which, however, still retain a flavour of the past, though all have different characteristics.
The structure is not only situated in a wonderful position with views over the beautiful landscape, it also offers a very elegant interior that makes it a unique experience for all its guests. Surrounded by the grounds of the Villa, the swimming pool, complete with umbrellas and sun beds, is slightly hidden and thus ensures guests plenty of peace and privacy.

Residence Ca’Lunga

An environmentally-friendly restored farmhouse, complete with under floor heating and air conditioning, tastefully finished and composed of two Superior rooms, one Junior Suite and a Suite with a large Jacuzzi.

The Bedrooms

Six delightful flats and four bedrooms, which can accommodate from two to six people, have been created in the former stables and the main villa. The spacious rooms boast every comfort, as well as modern kitchens in the case of the flats.

Restaurant

The restaurant is situated in what were once the stables and the finished result is a really fascinating environment, welcoming and open to the public.
Most of the food is prepared with typical local products with menus following the seasons and changing from month to month. It is possible to eat outside on the patio or in the garden in the summer.

Trerè Wines

The Treré line is very varied and characterized by a combination of tradition and modernity. All labels are distinguished by a great affability and character, as well as by very original and captivating iconographic labels. Of particular interest to mention "Amarcord d'un ross", a Sangiovese blend, Cabernet Sauvignon with an austere nose and great wrap, or the "Montecorallo - Colli di Faenza Rosso Riserva" made with Cabernet Sauvignon and a smaller part of Sangiovese and Merlot : intense fruit, important volume, and reminiscences of undergrowth and officinal herbs. But you should also discover the interesting white wines, rosé, sparkling wines and raisin wines obtained from both native and international vines.
